Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which donations or payments made to our organization may be refunded.
1. Donations
All donations made to the organization are considered final and non-refundable. Donations are immediately allocated to ongoing educational programs and operational needs, making refunds difficult to process.
However, refunds may be considered if:
• A duplicate donation was made in error.
• A technical error caused an incorrect amount to be charged.
Refunds for these cases must be requested within 7 days of the transaction.
2. Program Fees or Event Payments
If we offer paid workshops, training, or events, refunds will be handled as follows:
• Full refund if the organization cancels the program.
• Refund requests made by participants must be submitted at least 5 days before the event start date.
• No refunds for failure to attend events or trainings after confirmation.
3. Processing Refunds
To request a refund, contact us with the following details:
• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Date and amount of payment
• Reason for refund request
• Proof of payment (if available)
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days through the original payment method.
